Training

Our trainings are mainly concentrated for Dairy, Food and Hotel professionals at all levels depend on the type of business and company requirements.

Training includes:
• Hygiene and handling in production and distribution
(Offered for beginners who have no basic knowledge of food manufacturing industry like Hotel staff, Dairy salesmen, Supermarket staff etc.)

• Practical production management for Dairy Food Technologists/Hotel staff

• HACCPS

Our training provides managers and key supervisors with an excellent grounding in HACCP principles and methodology. They will gain the understanding and awareness necessary to design and implement an effective HACCP system.
We also provide training for internal, supplier, third party auditors and also enforcers with the key skills and awareness necessary to accurately test the effectiveness of an existing HACCP system.
Our advanced level training is ideal for HACCP Team Leaders, Technical Managers, Consultants and Enforcers. The Advanced course takes HACCP training to a new level and covers the long term as well as management issues of HACCP, which are essential for the effective functioning of the system.
